I had a fantastic experience at Onyado Nono, especially when the manager helped me sort out a luggage delay due to bad weather. The breakfast was amazing, and the onsen was a perfect way to unwind. The only drawbacks were the small breakfast room and hard pillows. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

The room was extremely spacious with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator.
Wonderful base for a 3-night stay. Wonderfully helpful staff onsite. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Location very close to railway station. Also, in the middle of jackson.

json{ review: The hotel's open-air hot spring was a lovely experience, and the variety of food at breakfast exceeded my expectations. Enjoyed the complimentary ice cream post-onsen and appreciated the coin laundry facilities. The room, while compact, felt cozy, though a bit of noise from the street was noticeable at times. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-05-15}'''

I had an amazing weekend getaway! The location was super convenient-just a 10-minute stroll from the train station. The onsen was an absolute highlight; there's something relaxing about soaking in those hot springs after a long day.
The breakfast room felt a bit cramped when all the guests showed up at once. I also wished there were better signs in English for the drink machines. And the pillows were a little shallow for my liking. But honestly, these were small hiccups in an otherwise fantastic stay!

The entire hotel, especially the spotlessly clean room, exceeded my expectations, with a large window inviting in sunlight. The top-floor onsen provided relaxation after our explorations, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Conveniently located near Sendai Station, it offered easy access to local landmarks, enhancing our family bonding experience. Highly recommended!

The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable oasis with modern decor and excellent lighting.
I did notice a slight drawback: the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally inconsistent, which could be a minor inconvenience for those needing uninterrupted access.

The pillows are hard and small, which might not suit everyone's comfort preferences. The kettle in the room takes an unusually long time to boil, which can be inconvenient. There's an automatic light that activates at the doorway when approaching the bathroom. Its brightness can disrupt your sleep if you wake up at night.

Staying at Onyado Nono was a delight. The hot springs were a highlight, offering both indoor and outdoor relaxation. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job, everything was super clean throughout my stay.
I found the breakfast room was quite small, a bit chaotic during peak hours. The pillows were firmer than I prefer, affecting my comfort level at night.
